Active Fit Control Although the phospholipid form appears to be better for bio availability than in "normal" triglyceride form. It is not in any way considered superior to the ester form that I use. It is believed to be on a par. It still does not act as an effective antioxidant in the body. The antioxidants present are for the preservation.
